Bless Joe

Dear Lord,
I thank you for a nation who has people who work hard for their dreams. I thank you for the freedoms we have to dream a dream and the ability to pursue them. We pray that our American nation will remain a nation in which we have the freedoms to pursue our dreams, where we are not punished for our success and blessings.
Lord, a hard working man asked an honest question and now he is mocked and his life is being torn apart. Give him this day a way to hold his head up and dream his dreams even when he is being scorned. Let him know that many of us understand how he feels. Thank you for Joe, Bless him on this day. Keep him strong.

Lord, Give Sarah and Senator McCain the words to encourage all of us who are like Joe. Thank you for a ticket who desires to help us and not take what we have earned. I pray that Sarah will have the strength to do all that is laid out for her today. Keep her healthy and strong in the next 3 weeks. Each day is one less day to speak the truth so Lord give her many opportunities to touch people's lives and encourage us to be the best Americans we can be. Let her touch and see the hurts and the blessings we all share, help her to understand and be compassionate. Give her the freedom to share her heart and her generous spirit. Thank you for her. Bless the Palin family today as they travel and speak. Thank you for the blessings they have been to so many.

I pray these things in Jesus lovely name.
Amen

Let Freedom RING!

Thank you Father for our voice.
Let it be used for good and not for evil. Let me proclaim your goodness and greatness. Thank you that with my voice I can ask for forgiveness and praise you for your almighty powers. I can use my voice to encourage others. I can use my voice to sustain democracy. I can use my voice to glorify you. Thank you for giving me a voice.
Lord, thank you for giving us Sarah who has encourages us to use our voices. Thank you for giving women like me, who love you and desire to live our lives pleasing to you, a voice to let others know that we are here in this world. We have beliefs that they do not like or understand, but we have a voice. Lord let our voices be heard. Let the call of freedom be proclaimed from every mountain and valley. Let it ring from your children far and wide. Lord let us speak and Lord let the world hear.
I pray in Jesus name.
Amen

Lord,
Please continue to be with Sarah as she speaks today. Let her voice be heard far and wide. Let truth be proclaimed. Bind up the lies and show them to our nation. Let people hear the truth and understand it as truth. Give Sarah the wisdom and courage to speak what you have laid on her heart. Thank you for her and your spirit that lives within her.
I pray in Jesus Name
Amen

I have come to realize this election is not McCain vs Obama. It has come down to my way of thinking, living, believing vs theirs. I have come to understand it is not only McCain Palin that is fighting Obama it needs to be me. I need to stand up and declare what I desire for my nation, state, city, home, and my life. It is up to me not to give up, but to fight. So I am going to pronounce my support for McCain tonight after the debate. No matter how the debate goes. He has my support. I will be sending every TV local and national networks my voice. I will take a stand today.

God's plan

Every power, every hinge on which history pivoted, involved God's plan.
Ravi Zacharias

Lord,
thank you for having a plan. Thank you for using each one of us. I am glad that Sarah is part of your plan. I am glad that she is willing to run for office and to serve our country. Lord, protect her through these next few days. Protect Todd in the events that will unfold in the next week. Thank you for their willingness to stand up for what is right, even when it cost.
I pray for the children on this day. Be with Trigg as he grows, help each step of his development. Send the right people to help him learn to love you. Lord be with Piper on the weekends help her to have some time with one of her parents. Be with Willow as she deals with what is being said about her family, keep her heart tender and willing to forgive. Thank you for Bristol, and help her in the last three months of her pregnancy. Keep her child safe and help the child to be healthy. Lord, I pray for the father of her child that he will be willing to be a great dad and wonderful husband to Bristol and the child. Thank your for Track and all that he is doing in Iraq. Help him to walk in you each day. He will have many life lessons in the sand, help him to learn them daily.
Thank you for working in our lives and country. Keep all the men and women who protect our freedoms safe. Lord, help us here at home to protect our freedoms that are being threatened during this election. Lord, all I can pray is thine will be done. Help me to except your will. Use these events to bring others to Christ.
I pray all of these things in the Name of Jesus
Amen

A beautiful day!

Dear Father,
Thank you for the beautiful day we had here in the south. I thank you for your love and grace on this day. I thank you that Sarah is able to campaign out in the west this weekend. I hope they will have safety in travel. Lord, I pray that she will be able to tell people what is on her heart. I pray that her speech will be clear and honest. I pray that many will think about what she has to say and make a decision to vote on November 4Th.

Lord, thank you for the rights we have in our country. I pray that many generations to come will still have the right to vote. Lord, help us to keep America a place with the freedoms we hold dear.
Lord, give the Palin family time together this weekend and help them to rest and maintain their strength for the next 32 days.
Thank you again, for a family willing to serve our country.
In Jesus name I pray,
Amen

A new week, back on the trail

Our Father,
Thank you for who you are and how you work in our lives. Lord, I pray for our country and the choices we as a nation will make in the next few weeks. The time is short for the message of truth to be told. Raise up voices that will shout the message of truth loud and clear. Lord, I ask of you to hold back the lies and slander. Help the people of our nation to understand that we can except each others views with respect without agreeing with each other.
Lord, I see two choices before us. Lord help each person to make a choice based on facts and not fear, or untruths

Lord, Sarah and Senator McCain will speak in Ohio today. I pray for clear speech, a great connection with the people. I pray for truth to be spoken and not half trues but the whole truth. Let people see good, see hope, and desire to join in the choice of reform. I know that Sarah and Senator McCain are people just as we are and they like us have made mistakes. Lord, let us understand that any leader other than you will never do everything perfectly. Lord, let us look at their hearts and see if good is there and if their motives for this office is for the good of our people.

Lord,
I have looked at Sarah and I see a mom who loves you and her family. I see a women who desires for her kids to have a better world to live in. I see a citizen who desires for all of us to have a government that will not be corrupt and take from us but to help us be safe, and live in peace with ourselves and our neighbors. I see a person who desires for the nations of this world to protect us from those who desire to harm us. I thank you for what I see. Give her truth and wisdom today.

Help Sarah as she prepares for the debate on Thursday and Lord, I pray that you will give her the freedom to speak her heart and the wisdom to do so. Thank you for giving her the courage to run for VP.
Lord, I pray that your will be done for her and our nation.
I pray all of this in Jesus Name
Amen

Let us not forget

Our Almighty Father,

We thank you for all the men and women who keep our country safe. Thank you for the sacrifices made by those here on our shores and those in foreign lands. Lord, we understand that freedom comes at a great cost. You yourself paid the ultimate sacrifice through the death of your Son, Jesus Christ, for our eternal freedom.

Lord, on this day I know that you understand our pain and sorrow. Father be with us today and comfort those who are deeply hurting. Give us the strength and wisdom to stand strong for the freedoms we still enjoy and cherish in this land. Protect this country, and let us always remember we are one nation under God.
